Exceeded Fundraising Goal by 150%
Event Coordinator for a local nonprofit planning and executing a charity gala for over 150 attendees.
Situation.
This project was for a local Charleston nonprofit seeking an event coordinator to help pull off their inaugural fundraising gala. Their primary objective was to increase awareness of the organization among the prospective community and individual partners. Their specific KPI was to raise $20,000. (Spoiler alert: We crushed those goals). As the event project manager, I was tasked with overseeing the entire process — from ideation to post-event analysis — ensuring flawless execution and a memorable experience for all attendees.
