Interviews — 1-2 weeks

1. 15 minute discovery phone call to explore high-level campaign goals and commitment.

2. Relevant portfolio pieces delivered to your inbox for review.

3. Optional: Additional 25 minute interview to dive deeper into project goals and answer questions on provided work samples.

4. Agreement to work together in written format (email is preferred).

Contract, NDAs, Tax Forms, Direct Deposit Set Up — 1 week

1. Contract: Both parties review and sign on legally binding contract.

2. Optional NDA: At client discretion.

3. Tax Forms: 1099 paperwork delivered for your records.

4. Direct Deposit: At client discretion and contractor approval.

Client Kickoff Meeting — 60 minutes

5. Dive into campaign goals, deliverables and timeline

6. Answer final questions

7. I will send a recap email with next steps within 72 hours of the kickoff meeting.

Weekly updates: A once-per-week email sent to client outlining our greater goal (i.e. Q1 goal, 6-month goal, 30-day goal) and deliverables to be completed that week. Will include client deadlines for review & feedback.

Monthly touch base: A 30-minute connect to meet, review and discuss outstanding or upcoming deliverables.

Weekly stand ups available dependent on project scope.
